There are no forms, accounts, cookies or advertising trackers here. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see how quickly pages load. It sets no cookies, and Cloudflare says it doesn’t collect visitors’ personal data.

The name box on the home page works only in your browser. What you type isn’t stored or sent anywhere, and it’s gone when you close or reload the page.

Our web host

Cloudflare runs this site. Like any web host, it handles technical details such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and keep them safe. Cloudflare’s own privacy policy covers that.

If you email us

Your email reaches Logan through Google Workspace. We use your address and what you write to reply and to do the work you ask about.

An AI assistant helps us read and draft email, so your message may also be handled by our AI provider, Anthropic. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.

If we contacted you first

We found your business on public listings such as Google Maps, or on your own website. We use public details like your business name, address, phone, published email, hours and reviews to call or write to you, and sometimes to build a sample site. We don’t buy email lists. The same AI assistant helps with this work.

If you say no, we keep your email address on a do-not-email list so we don’t write again, and we delete the sample.

If you become a client

We keep only the business information the job needs.

On Plus, the same AI assistant reads your change requests, makes the change or sends you a question, and Logan sees both afterward.

Invoices and payments go through Stripe, which has its own privacy policy. We never see your full card number.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will, apart from records we have to keep, such as invoices.
