Year-plan terms

A year ahead costs 12 months for the price of 10, and it is a 12-month commitment. Monthly plans have no minimum term.

You can cancel within 14 days after any year payment, first or renewal. You get back what you paid, less one month at the monthly price.

After those 14 days there is no refund, except as your agreement says. Your plan keeps running to the end of the paid year, and you owe no more upkeep fees for that year.

A year plan renews each year unless you stop it. You can stop it at any time by email from the address on your agreement. We remind you 30 days before it renews. It renews automatically each year, and we charge your card the same price unless we give 60 days’ notice of a new one.

Your signed agreement has the full terms. If this page and your agreement differ, your agreement decides.
