Pay a year ahead and you get 12 months for the price of 10, as a 12-month commitment. You have 14 days after each year payment to cancel and get back what you paid, less one month at the monthly price. After that there’s no refund, except as your agreement says, and your plan runs to the end of the paid year. Year plans renew each year unless you stop them.

Monthly plans have no minimum term.

The 24-hour change guarantee

On Plus, email us new hours, a new menu, new items, prices or other details like your phone or address, as text or a photo. Within 24 hours, every day including weekends, the change is live on your site and in the data Google reads from it, or a question is in your inbox. It’s unlimited and never uses one of your edits.

We accept these requests from the email address you gave us. Until Google gives us direct access, we copy the change to your Google profile by hand. The agreement covers outages and what happens if we ever miss it.

What each line means

What counts as an edit

One change of up to about 30 minutes: text, photos, hours, a menu item or a price. Unused edits don’t carry over to the next month. On Plus, hours, menu items and prices go through the guarantee, so your 4 edits are for everything else, like new wording or photos. New pages, design changes and bigger work are quoted first.

Site watch, in both plans

Every day we check your site is up. Every month we check its speed, accessibility and links. We warn you 30 days before your domain renews. If your site slips below what we delivered, we fix it free, and it doesn’t use an edit.

Posts, reviews and your report

We write your Google profile posts and publish them. We look for new reviews every week and draft replies for you to approve, and no reply goes out without your OK. We never write, buy, filter or hide reviews. Each month you get a one-page report of what we did, with every number’s source and date.

Setup costs, in both plans

Join either plan and all setup costs are included: your domain’s first year, your hosting setup and the launch. The domain and hosting stay in your name. After the first year you renew the domain yourself, and we warn you 30 days before it’s due. Without a plan, you buy your own domain and we send you the finished site as a package of files.

The Plus reports

Each month: the AI-search check’s fixed questions, run again, on one page of your report. And a Google results report: searches and clicks on Google, visits to your site where we have a source for them, and profile views and calls once Google gives us direct access. Every number comes with its source and date. Nobody controls what Google shows, so we don’t promise rankings.

The match check

Every month on Plus, we check that your site, the data Google reads from it and your Google profile show the same hours, phone and address, and that your site and that data show the same menu. A mismatch is fixed free and doesn’t use an edit.

How upkeep starts

After the contract is signed, you add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. You stay the owner. Upkeep starts on the later of that day and your launch, and no post or reply draft goes out before then. Google has a notice for businesses that work with companies like ours: read Google’s notice. If we didn’t build your site, upkeep starts once we accept it in writing, and moving it over may be quoted first.
